FAQ

CAN I CHANGE MY CUP AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

All cup details should be confirmed during the order process, this can include cup size, glitter colors, regular colors, decal, fonts, spelling, etc. 

You cannot make ant changes to your order after the order has been placed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

CAN YOU KEEP ME UPDATED ON HOW MY TUMBLER/ORDER WILL LOOK?

We may occasionally be able to provide order status pictures or videos but this can and will be on a case by case basis and will not be able to be done regularly. 

 

CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT TUMBLER SIZE OR BRAND THEN WHAT IS LISTED?

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR MY TUMBLER TO BE SHIPPED OR MADE?

We are a small business and we both have full time jobs as well as families. We do the best we can to ensure that every order is given the individual attention it deserves. We ensure every cup is is 100 % perfect condition and up to our standards prior to shipping. The process can take a long time but it ensures we are only sending our best products out to you! If you need your order rushed please feel free to add the rushed product to your cart when checking out! 

 

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF VINYL OR GLITTER?

We have an extensive variety of Glitter and Vinyl. If there is something in particular that you are looking for please feel free to send us a message at info@tahandmadecreations and we can get you all the information you would like prior to making your decision. 

 

WHAT KIND OF TUMBLER DO YOU USE?

We primarily utilize HOGG Tumblers from a reputable supplier but are always willing to use another brand if requested.

 

ARE THE TUMBLERS DISWASHER SAFE?

No, the tumblers are not dishwasher or microwave safe. All tumblers should be hand-washed and towel dried ONLY! Please be sure to follow the care instructions that come with your order. 

 

DO YOU OFFER A BULK ORDER DISCOUNT? 

Yes, we do offer a bulk order discount but all items must be purchased on the same order. Please message us at info@tahandmadecreations to place a custom bulk order. 

 

MY TUMBLER CAME DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First thing is first ensure you take a photo of the damaged items as well as the packaging it came in. This will be critical in filing a claim with the shipping company. All pictures and information should be sent to orders@tahandmadecreations within 3 business days of receiving your order. T&A Handmade Creations will then file a claim and begin on a replacement tumbler. In order to receive the replacement tumbler the damaged tumbler MUST be returned to us. If you refuse to send the damaged tumbler back you will NOT get a replacement tumbler. 

 

I DIDN'T FOLLOW THE TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND NOW MY TUMBLER IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Every tumbler should be treated with care but if by chance it is damaged the customer is responsible for their order once it is delivered. T&A Handmade Creations is not responsible for any damage that is done once the order has been shipped off. Once you damage your tumbler you will have to purchase another one, we do NOT strip or re-do damaged tumbler. 

 

WHAT IF I FOUND A PICTURE OF A TUMBLER THAT I LIKE?

We are always willing to attempt to recreate pictures of other products that you've seen, just be aware that due to the handmade nature of the creations that not one item will always be the same.
