Refund/Return Policy:

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you are unhappy for any reason please message us within 3 days of accepting delivery of your item. Unfortunately, custom items are not eligible for refund. If an issue is found and reported to orders@tahandmadecreations.com we will do our best to fix the issue(s). 

Shipping policy:

• I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items due to incorrect shipping information.
• I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• I am not responsible for delayed items caused by USPS.
• Priority shipping comes with insurance, so anything lost we can file a claim for and you can be reimbursed.
• Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date and current prior to placing your order.
• All items are handmade to order unless otherwise specified.
• If you need an item sooner than the stated turnaround time please purchase a rush order listing in addition to the item you are purchasing.
• No returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds will be offered UNLESS it was something on my part.
• All tumblers are shipped via USPS priority 1-3 day delivery which includes insurance up to $50.

Turnaround times are only estimates and are subject to change at any time. Little things like the weather effect cup drying and curing times. I will do my best to have cups shipped out as soon as they are ready. For order status please message me directly at orders@tahandmadecreations.com
